Estimator – Architecture & Interior Design

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•    Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates based on architectural and interior drawings.
•    Use AutoCAD and Excel efficiently to generate and manage quantity take-offs and estimates.
•    Visit construction sites regularly to verify and update quantities and costs.
•    Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers.
•    Stay informed about the technical aspects and market prices of various materials and finishes.
•    Provide timely updates and reports on cost revisions and budget forecasts.

Candidate Profile:
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in BOQ preparation and estimation in architecture/interiors.
•    Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
•    Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and technical specifications.
•    Willingness to travel to project sites across Goa.
•    Good communication and documentation skills.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
